Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped from New York, NY. Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days, once the order has been received. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped. We encourage our customers to apply Route Protection for all orders at the check-out.

Route Protection:

Route is a global optional premium package protection for your VEERT order. When you add Route at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval by the Route team, for a reorder within 24-48 hours.

Note: If your order does not have Route, VEERT is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping. 

International Orders:

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country and import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase.

Returns and Exchanges:

As our jewelry is handmade and some pieces are made to order, no exchanges or returns of our articles are accepted at this moment. 

Domestic and International orders can be returned within 7 days of the order being received. A return shipping label will be provided upon request, but will be deducted from the original order amount. Orders can be exchanged to different items and / or size or be issued as a store credit. All returned items must be in new unworn condition with all tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon. We are unable to accept returns after 7 days of delivery.
